Another very successful year with
our Comenius project. Pen-pal correspondence continued
and all countries contributed towards a pictorial recipe book, and a
dictionary with garden interest. A beautiful yearly calendar has been compiled here in St.
Columbas, containing photos of the gardens of all the participating
countries, at various stages of growth. Another product of the Comenius
collaboration is a seasonal CD and songbook. This year our meetings took place
in Savonlinna, Finland and Coalisland, Northen Ireland. |
