The two-storey Maple Lodge (93m sq.) was built in 2005 from original granite farm buildings and is fitted to the very highest standard. The lodge consists of:
 2 bedrooms (twin or double);
west facing sitting room with sun lounge;
2 bathrooms;
a fully-fitted kitchen (all electric fittings: cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner).
The Beech Lodge has electric central heating, an open fire in living room and all doors and windows are double-glazed.
Entry to the Lodge is via a private driveway. The Lodge shares a generous common car parking yard to the front and has a private south west facing fenced garden with patio and BBQ area. The Lodge has a secure storage house opening onto the shared yard.
