Gold Sonic's Hoaxes

A lot of these hoaxes revolve around the Time Travel Theory. As you may know, Sonic 2 had many mysteries surrounding it, including missing levels. One of the theorys to explain some of these mysteries was that Sonic 2 was origially meant to have a "time travel" system in it, similar to that in Sonic CD which was made around the same time as Sonic 2. In Sonic CD, Sonic could use posts to move into the past or future. The present, he started in, was a normal zone, with all of Robotniks badniks and traps, and the past was when Robotnik was begining his invasion. The future, however, had an extra twist. It could be either a Good Future, where Sonic had won, and all traces of Robotnik had been wiped out; or a Bad Future where Robotnik had won, and the entire area had been taken over and turned into metal. Whether the future was Good or Bad depended on Sonic's damage on Robotnik in the earlier time peroids. This Time Travel feature may have once been implemented in Sonic 2 but removed later (see a mystery site such as Sonic Area 51 for more info). We can speculate, but this theory has given ideas for many hoaxers such as Gold Sonic........
