The Toby Jug is a family owned and run Bed & Breakfast located in the quiet country village of Cappoquin, Co. Waterford, in the south of Ireland. We are within easy reach of many sea and airports and cities such as Waterford, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and Rosslare. Cappoquin is situated at the head of the tidal River Blackwater estuary and as such has become famous among game and coarse anglers alike for its prolific supply of trout, salmon, roach, tench and much more! The Toby Jug offers use of its sizeable dry-room to all residents for the storage of fishing tackle. Waterford is an area full of history with many sites sure to interest visitors of all ages and origins. We offer 10 first-class spacious rooms, all en suite with shower and all the facilities you would expect from a modern B & B such as central heating, cable TV, daily housekeeping and the option of a bath and other facilities. We also have our own restaurant seating 15 people. There is sure to be something for everyone on our broad menu, and we are happy to cater for parties. The Toby Jug Bar is a well-known country pub with beer-garden serving a good range of draught and bottled beers, spirits, wines, teas, coffees and soft drinks. Our 8 foot big screen TV is also well known throughout the area! We would be delighted to extend you a true Irish welcome to our B & B for a stay of any length. |
