NATIONAL VENTURER FORUM

~The Right to Vote.~

This year your voteing cards for the National Venturer Forum will be posted to you two weeks before the meeting. They will be posted to every registered Venturer Leader in the Association. It would be wise to check that your Venturer Leader is registered with HQ.

In order to vote you must bring them with you.

Each unit is entitled to receive TwoVoteing Cards.

Each Region is also entitled to receive Two Voteing Cards.

These will be posted to all registered ARC’s.

In the regions where there are no ARC’s they will be posted to the RC.

They will be posted along with any motions we have received.

Motions will not be accepted at the meeting.

Motions must be received in HQ by 11^th October, 2001 latest.
