Toughened
Glass Door Assemblies
Ceramics
& Screen-Printed Glass
Sophisticated
architectural designs featuring large expanses of glass offer planners almost
unlimited options when it comes to selecting colours, shapes, patterns and
structures. In addition to its design properties, screen-printing features
interesting functional characteristics such as screening from the sun, marking,
lettering, labelling and screening for privacy.

Toughened
Glass Door Assemblies
This
product range includes a comprehensive range of all-glass doors for residential
& commercial properties and living areas. As with the all-glass constructions,
the design options available are numerous and the appropriate fittings (speedy)
can be supplied simultaneously. In addition to standard dimensions,all-glass
door assemblies can also be customised in accordance with your specific requirements
and wishes. Given an ope size a detailed sketch with accompanying fittings
list can be produced for your approval.

Safety
Glass
Safety
is gaining increasing importance in glazing and in recognising this trend
Careyglass supply a wide range of Laminated & Toughened safety glass which
conform to British Standards BS6206 & BS6262.
Toughened
Glass
Toughened (Tempered) safety glass is produced by subjecting annealed glass
to a process of heating and rapid cooling. This creates a balance between
compressive and tensile stresses. If the glass is broken the balance of the
stresses is destroyed, and this results in a close meshed network of small,
mostly blunt edged glass fragments. This reduces the risk of injury considerably.
