Bronze memorial with Celtic border. The top of the memorial has the image of a Celtic Cross. The emblem of the 3rd Dragoon Guards is present on the left. The inscription reads: To the Glory of God and in loving Memory of Thomas V. T. Thacker Neville, Captain 3rd Dragoon Guards who was killed in action near Ypres while in command of his Squadron on Ascension day May 1915. Aged 34. I have fought a good fight. 2 Tim 4:7 |
