We Like:
The Ab Doer is one of the most popular abs machines on the
market, and it is well made but that’s about all the
good we can say about it.
We Dislike: The biggest problem with
the Ab Doer is that it fails to provide a good workout. Many
clients complain of spinal strain and that the back massage
roller hurts the skin on your back. We feel that the Torso
Tiger or the Ab Away Pro provide better value than the #Ab
Doer .

you between 10 and 20%. There are dozens of sites that stock
the Ab Doer at a reduced price but it's best to stick to well-established
stores.Wonderfulbuys.com is one of the best and they sell
the latest verion of the Ab Doer... the Ab Doer Xtreme (essentailly
it's the same but it looks better) for less than $50...
ABS MACHINES AND AB WORKOUTS ALONE WILL
NOT REDUCE FAT FROM YOUR STOMACH AND WAIST AREA. An
Abs machine may help reduce fat if used in conjunction with
a healthy eating plan and plenty of aerobic and abdominal
exercises.
