We Like:
The Ab Force is one of the simplest sliding bodyweight abs
machines on the market. it resembles a roller blade with a
pair of handles attached. The Ab force is simpler and cheaper
that the Ab Slide or Ab Dolly. The Ab Force is available from
MegaFitness for the lowest price anywhere.
We Dislike: The biggest problem with
the Ab Force is that it only has one set of wheels and this
makes it very unstable. Our suggestion would be to go for
the superior Ab
Swing instead which is a great ab machine for weight loss.

They sell on informercial products and abs machines for considerably
less than on the TV. More importantly they are well-established
enough to offer efficient order processing and effective customer
service...
