Hi!My name is Sami.I live in Stockholm the capital of Sweden. My city is built upon 14 islands surrounded by Lake Malaren and the Baltic Sea.As the water covers one third of the city area, the maritime life is an important aspect of the city.There are plenty of bridges, marinas and lakes.That's why I decided to buy a surfboard!Do you like my picture? |
| Well I only got to use my surfboard once last year and that was when I went to Spain on my holidays!You see the temperature here isn't as good as in Spain in the summer!Last January the average temperature was -2 degrees celcius. The average temperature in Stockholm was 18 degrees in July.There are a lot of people living here.I recently heard that there are 679,000 people living here! |
