core group of 5 founding members
group of tutors, that rotate according to their availability.
Max of 50 children in the training programme per 2 hour sessions , ( 50 % tickets to disadvantaged communities, 50 % open sale)
Volunteer participation of the parents with limitation (i.e. 5 per afternoon)

Processus
Annual General Meeting with re-election of posts. All positions will rotate on a yearly base.
Name and activity can be only used with permission of committee members
The project aims to be an non profit organisation.
