An Education Day was held in Dunboyne Flower Club in May - Tutor Brid Kelleher - among the subject covered was 'Still Life' among the many phones calls, letters etc. received after the day was the following email "I would just like to take the opportunity to compliment you on a wonderful education day in Dunboyne last Saturday. I was there as an observer representing Doddervale Flower Club. The venue was excellent and the Dunboyne ladies looked after us with great efficiency. Brid Kelleher was of course wonderful, she spoke with great knowledge and affection for her subject. Congratulations to all concerned for making this Education Day such a success."

Louth, There will be many Tutorials on various aspects of Floral Art including leaf manipulation, innovative ways of combining flowers in contemporary designs using grids and fabric. Some of the titles are "All Nature is but Art", Creative Crafts, A Flower Arrangers Garden. Price includes all meals for the week and nightly entertainment including a Demonstration by NA|FAS National Demonstrator. All members of AOIFA are entitled to attend.
