Melvin 2000

21 AUG 2000

Just when we thought the summer couldn't get anymore exciting after a briliant Regional Camp to Kandersteg in Switzerland the Melvin preparations went ahead. This years patrol had to put in the effort to do some training only a week or so after returning from Camp and it certainly paid off.
This year we finished in 3rd place overall, which was one place better than last year. The competition was again held in Larch Hill Campsite in Dublin and a large turnout of parents and leaders travelled from Cork for the presentation on Sunday.
