My Class Teacher

Your class or subject teacher is the most important person in the teaching and learning process. Each teacher aims to create a very positive, stimulating and happy relationship in the classroom where all students are challenged to reach their full potential. It is most important to show respect for your teacher from the beginning and to complete your homework to the very best of your ability.

My Year Teacher

Year Teachers, supported by assistants, look after the day to day running of each year group, monitoring progress, punctuality and attendance. Your Year Teacher will deal with both disciplinary and pastoral matters while looking after the needs of students, encouraging quality work and standards of excellence. It is through the Year Teacher that parents will most often contact the school.

MY School Uniform

All students are required to wear full school uniform each day as follows:

  • Grey school pullover with school crest.
  • Grey trousers for both boys and girls. Girls may continue to wear grey school skirt.
  • Black or Grey shoes (Runners are not allowed as part of the uniform).
  • All students are required to have a plain navy tie for formal occasions but which is not compulsory for everyday wear.
  • All students must have suitable sports wear for physical education and games.
