Description of Property: To gain entrance to our complex one must have a security key to the secure gates located around the complex. This is an added security benefit for people with young children as these gates are always kept closed . There is also another advantage in our property as we also have secure lockable gates to our private garden and house. This means that children cannot leave the garden unless the gate is unlocked adding another layer of security to your holiday. Our property is located to the back of the complex, we have a sea view.  The large tilled swimming pool is located in the center of the complex and also has a toddler pool for younger children. Inside Description: This property is a ground floor, Two bed, I Bath . Can sleep six people. 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, 1 x double sofa bed. ( All new )    Open plan living / Kitchen. Bathroom; Is equipped with  shower over the bath, toilet, etc. Fully equipped Brand New White kitchen complete with Timber counters, sink etc Fridge, Freezer, washing Machine, Dryer, oven ,hob, extractor fan. Air conditioned throughout (hot and cold)  We also have 32 inch plasma TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Bed linen and towel are provided (beach towels must be supplied by client) Outside area: The outside space of this property is a huge asset to people with small children. It is fully secure as it has a five foot gate and trees surrounding the garden. It has the sun for a large part of the day. It is a tiled  garden and this is great for keeping the area clean, any spills etc can just be washed away. ( Hose supplied ). We also supply a very high spec  Gas barbeque ( Brand new ) which can be used while on holiday here. This is like an outside kitchen, as you can cook nearly anything on it, which cuts out on time in the kitchen. Gas is supplied. Also in this outside area is a large beautiful dining table complete with chairs and over sized parasol for your entertaining. Sun loungers are also provided.  We can also provide a single and double stroller for your use while on holiday(this can come in very useful on market days as children get tired walking in the sun).
