CMI Core Activity
The core activity of Claims Management International is to provide a property claims management service to individual homeowners and companies who have suffered a loss, to compile and submit a claim under their insurance policy, and negotiate settlement on their behalf.
The services are provided on a national basis with central administration in our Dublin offices. The company will have response units nation-wide through a network of quantity surveyors and claims management professionals.
Whether you are a private individual or a large business, we will deal with your fire, flood, storm, burst pipe etc, and represent your interests in relation to your insurance claim. Whether your damage is minor, or a total write off, we will pursue your claim and give you advice along the way.
Our fees are based on a percentage of the settlement figure. The fee will depend, on the size of the loss, the sums insured, the value of the property at risk, and the time involved in settling the loss. However, many property damage policies contain an item of cover in respect of professional fees incurred in the reinstatement of any buildings damage. Thus the actual cost to the individual for such a professional service is very little and can save a lot of time and money in the long run.
