Jim Flannery, ACII - Managing Director
Claims Management International has been set up by Jim Flannery, A.C.I.I. Chartered Insurance Practitioner. Jim has 18 years experience in the insurance industry, most recently at senior management level in Eagle Star's head office in Ballsbridge. Prior to that, he served as Branch Manager of Irish National Insurance in Dundalk for six years. He has extensive knowledge and experience of policy covers and claims handling procedures. He has a very strong customer service ethos, and has lectured in the Chartered Insurance Institute examination syllabus.
Miriam Flannery - Company Secretary
Miriam works part time in A.I.B., Bankcentre, Ballsbridge, where she has gained extensive secretarial and administrative experience.
Owen O'Connor, BCL - Director
Owen is also Managing Director and founder of Balcombes Ltd., Loss Assessors, and has over 20 years experience in the loss assessing business.
Diarmuid McNulty - Director
