Denis Woods, Máire's producer for this album as well as producer for a pair of Clannad albums, is also heard. Clannad Named 1998 Band of the Year by Listeners In a subscriber music survey conducted by the newsletter for the National Public Radio program "The Thistle and Shamrock", Clannad was named band of the year for 1998. The radio program "The Thistle and Shamrock" is heard on public radio stations across the U.S. every week and is the only national radio program featuring Celtic music. The honor was announced by the host Fiona Ritchie on a show which aired in mid-January 1999 (program no. 813, "Listener's Gifts"). | |
