What a great idea for a café! Butler's have long been known as a maker of quality chocolate and when the first of their Dublin cafes opened I was very keen to get in. And what a way to get you hooked on their chocolates too, by giving away one free with every cup of coffee!
The cafes themselves are quite small, more like chocolate shops with a few tables or bars put in as an afterthought. The décor is quite nice, with lovely aromas of coffee and chocolate wafting through the air and mixing, producing a synthesis of loveliness...! And that's a pity, because a little more space for those who want to sit would really add to the experience.
