My School Tour

On Wednesday 30 May, my class (4th class and eight of 3rd class) went on our school tour to Limerick University. We had to be at the school at 8:00am and the bus left at 8:15. When we arrived at Limerick University we were split into two groups with fifteen in each. I was in group` O.` Our leader was called Eileen. First we went orienteering. We had to find letters all around a racetrack. We were split into four groups. When we were finished the letters spelt Sonia O' Sullivan . Next we went to archery. Then we went swimming and diving. After that we did an obstacle course against the other group. We won. Then we had lunch outside on the grass because it was a nice sunny day. After lunch we played Space Jam, my team won three games. Then we played Sponge Polo. My team won three games and lost one. Then we did canoeing and rafting with the other group. After that the bus arrived to go home. On the way back the bus stopped for ice-cream. We arrived back home at about 7:30. We had a great day in Limerick.
