Training Information:

There are two training schools in Cork, Atlantic Flight Center and SouthAer. The two schools supply excellent training standerds and have a good range of aircraft. Atlantic have a Cessna 172 (EI-DDX), Piper Seneca (EI-CMT)and a new Grob Tutor (reg unknown) coming within the next few weeks. Southaer to my knowledge have a fleet of Cherokees (EI-CGP)(EI-COZ) and (EI-CIV). Cork is a good area to train for a number of reasons, first we have a 24 HR ATC in the tower and number 2 is the weather, the usual Cork weather is good for IFR training and during the summer we get some good weather for VFR. To contact the two schools visit their websites by clicking their name above. There is also a helicopter training school "Executive Helicopters" no website at the moment for them or contact number. If you have some information you want to submit to our training artical please do so by emailing me.
