Machining is done in our own modern purpose built 40,000 sq.ft. factory.
DOUGLAS Heavy Duty Aluminium Pulleys are manufactured to ISO 4183-1980 (E), in SPZ, SPA and
SPB types in Standard and non-standard dimensions to
Customers specifications.
All Douglas pulleys are available in normal Aluminium
Finish and also in Hard Anodised Finish.
DOUGLAS also manufacture Tooling and Aluminium
Gravity (Permanent Mould) Die-Castings to Customers
Specifications.
All Douglas products are manufactured under certified
I.S.O. 9002 quality assurance system.
