Eureka Secondary School is a Post Primary School for girls which is renowned for its high standards and excellent academic results.

Past Pupils of the school have achieved success in many different walks of life, in Ireland and abroad, and the school has continued to adapt and change so as to cater for young women of all abilities and equip them for further studies, for employment, and for life. The success of the school is based on the commitment to academic excellence and personal and spiritual development. These help pupils not only to be successful, but to grow into young women who have confidence, integrity, and spiritual values. The school places a strong emphasis on discipline, as it is seen as essential for the pupils self-development, and ensures an effective learning environment for all. A detailed code of dicipline, agreed by management, staff, parents and pupils, is available. The examination results of the pupils of Eureka are consistently above the national average at all levels. The School is committed to mantaining a supportive partnership with Parents. They are involved in the life of the school in the following ways: The Parents Council meets regularly and has a consultative and supportive role in the school. There are two parent representatives on the Board of Management.
