TeleMonitor is Itsmobile’s remote management and monitoring system for field hardware such as vending machines, meters, gauges, etc. Tele Monitor allows clients to monitor constantly updated information on all their field hardware from the convenience of the office.

TeleMonitor uses wireless GPRS & GSM enabled devices to monitor system status, alarms, stock levels and environment settings across a range of field equipment. Settings which can be monitored include:
• Environmental settings including water levels, temperature levels, etc.
• Stock levels in vending machines
• Machine maintenance settings such as faulty components, power issues, etc.
Itsmobile’s wireless telemetry devices interface with field hardware and communicate data back to the telemetry server at regular intervals. In situations where serious events are encountered such as high/low environmental levels, (temperature, water, etc.) alarms can be sent directly to the mobile phones of support personnel allowing them to react instantly.
Information on stock levels can view online by operations personnel allowing clients to plan delivery requirements and routes more efficiently, and ensuring that the stock in vending equipment is optimized for maximum sales
