ItsMobile mPARK Meterless

mPARK Meterless is Itsmobile’s virtual on-street mobile parking payment solution. Based on the mPARK Permit Manager platform, mPARK Meterless uses in-car permits to allow motorists to pay for parking using their mobile phone. Motorists are issued permits which are displayed on their vehicles. When a motorist wishes to park in an mPARK Meterless zone, they phone the mPARK service, supply their phone number, and how long they wish to park for/how much they wish to spend. Similar to the Permit Manager solution, enforcement officers validate motorists parking by scanning permits with wireless enabled handheld terminals. The terminals will check the status of the motorists parking on the mPARK server in real-time using wireless communications and confirm the parking details to the enforcement officer.
