Some points to help out those having problems with this installer: 1. First off... the missions work and the installer works fine. If you apply it to the "Korean.Dat" file and the installer tells you that the file was updated successfully then it has worked perfectly. 2. We have not changed the mission names. When you open the simulation you will see that the orginal Network mission names have not changed. In our other installers we sometimes changed the names of the missions... we did not do this with Desert Kings as we wanted to keep the download archive as small as possible. 3. Ensure that AppleTalk is ACTIVE before running the Desert Kings missions. This point is VERY important. It is the most common problem which people have. Usually your screen will remain "black" or quit back to the "Cockpit" screen if AppleTalk is not ACTIVE. |
