the music applets, lessons ...

The triad and interval training applets, and the first species counterpoint applet are provided for free. If there are a few requests the complete set of two-part counterpoint applets could appear on the site. The applets require the Java 1.4 runtime environment (plug-in); Java 1.2 versions of the interval and triad applets for older systems here, though I don't know how long that site will continue to be available. If you want those applets and can't get them let me know.

I continue to teach piano and guitar, and I am accepting students for the 07-08 school year. Lessons are 20-45 minutes long depending on the student's age/experience , and cost €25.
In general, I travel to you; however because UCC is so close I teach college students at a room on the Western Road.
If you need written arrangements or orchestrations for any type of ensemble, or if you need music transcribed from tape/cd please contact me.
I am available for musical projects including recording and accompaniment.
You can link to my audio examples here.
I also tune pianos.
Thanks for visiting :-)
