Located just ten minutes from Cork City is the Eddie Hackett designed Raffeen Creek golf course. Its a very senic course located as it is in the harbour area of Cork. Straight and accurate shots will achieve best results round here. The closing two holes are perticularly tough due the lake coming into play. The 8th hole requires a tee shot over the lake to the fairway, while the par 3 9th hole also requires a tee shot over the lake. Wind can also be a major factor round this course.
