Steeple Wood, hereafter referred to as Mullaghagarry Wood.

Sunny and bright but very cold.

Tubaria furfuracea is my universal 'LBJ'..Little Brown Job.

Cladonias continue to amuse me with their exotic growths.

This youngish lichen is at eye-level on the rock-face. Those tiny pink fruit-bodies in the centre make me think of Baeomyces rufus, but that would be a bold identification at this stage. Specimen about 3 cm. across.

This shot of the vertical rock-face reminds me of the gardens in places like the Chelsea flower show. It looks almost 'arranged'. Ivy, Hard Fern and Black Spleenwort are the predominant species.
