High Heath.

Rain, sleet and hail showers.

I have always found the lichen Baeomyces rufus on rocks, but this is on an old tree stump.

Alder male (catkins) and female (top centre) flowers.

Most of the frogspawn is laid, now. This pair was leaving the ditch and heading off into the woodland.

I just had to put these images together. Abandoned frogspawn on the left and Exidia recisa, a jelly fungus, on the right.
