Original Hedgerow, legs 1 & 2.

Heavy rain.

Ash is the last tree on the hedgerow to get leaves, and the Tree Slug - Lehmannia marginata - doesn't waste any time.

Those of you who have followed this website for any length of time will know that I cannot see water droplets without taking a few shots.

Two Buttercup shots: The first Creeping Buttercup - Ranunculus repens - flower and the first Meadow Buttercup bud.

And two images of Cow Parsley, showing the rust and some more water droplets.

Scaly Male Fern appears to develop a bit earlier than Male Fern.

This Clouded Silver moth - Lomographa temerata - was sheltering from the rain.

It looks like some bird has discovered that unopened Dandelion seedheads contain a handy feast.

And then - viewed from a different angle - we get this surreal image.
