13th March

A revisit of the Vapourer eggs from 22nd January.

Dull with bright periods.

Vapourer moth larvae are hairy from the moment they hatch. These are about 3mm. long and appear to be eating the eggshells as they emerge.

No sign yet of the dorsal tufts, but the appendages at the side of the head are just showing.

A close-up.
