Fringe of coniferous forestry.

 

Frequent heavy rain.

The rain has been getting more insistent. Pollen gathers at the edge of puddles:

 

Tufted Vetch leaves have appeared, so the blue flowers should be obvious soon.

When I see leaves spun together (left) I get very curious. A little investigation revealed the larva of the Red-line Quaker moth - Agrochola lota

    

 

Pineapple Mayweed is a daisy. The flowerheads are just short of a petal or two.
