Original Hedgerow (everywhere else is a bit static at the moment). Dull but dry.

 

This is the first bud of the Meadow Buttercup - around here it always grows very close to water.

 

 

And this is the first view of the Meadow Vetchling - a yellow-flowered pea that will flower well into September.

I suspected the Hartstongue fern curl would lent itself to this kind of picture. Very pretty.

 

This Cinnabar Moth spent the winter as a chrysalis in our house. It emerged today.
