Very bright sunshine most of the day again, today, although the air temperature stayed around zero. Location is the recently cleared plantation.

Firstly, 2 of the youngest trees I've shown. Spruce on the left and Scots Pine on the right. The Scots Pine was no more than 6cm tall, whilst the Spruce is about 10 cm. The moss and thistle give a size perspective.

   

And two young flowering plants. Ribwort Plantain on the left . The right hand picture shows two different rosettes of the Daisy.
