This is the kind of hedge I like to see. Cut late last year, but sensitively. I can see Holly, Ivy, Hawthorn and Goosegrass in this image. Snowberry is just out of the picture. A dense, healthy hedge with plenty of species. Good for wildlife and good for stock retention. Near the river Deele. |
