I was just taking a shot of the Dog Rose when the worker Bumblebee landed in the adjacent flower...Snap!

The nearby Downy Rose, however, still has several days to go before it's open. |
A sign of the times: Hawthorn flowers have started to go already, leaving the embryonic seedpods exposed. |
