High Heath.

 

Bright, sunny and hot.

 

An unidentified bug about 6mm long on a Gorse flower.

 

Another unidentified micromoth on Bramble. About 5mm long.

A few shots of the very photogenic larva of the Puss Moth - Cerura vinula.

    

The larva is about 12mm long at this point. The tail section splits into a 'v' shape and is flicked forwards when the larva is disturbed:
