Damp with a cold wind.
These are the flowers of the Scots Pine - Pinus sylvestris. Female on the left and male on the right. I'm pretty sure the male flowers are from last year, but that female flower looks remarkably fresh.
Even the growing tip of the plant has an attractive appearance.
