High coniferous plantation.

 

Mixed sun and hail.

 

The Yellow Pimpernel - Lysimachia nemorum - can be seen in leaf all year round. I don't expect flowers for weeks, yet.

I'm not exactly sure what's happening here. The larger lump is a gall on the Willow, but there are smaller spherical objects inside the original gall. Perhaps parasitic galls inside the original. I'm surprised that the branch has managed to keep on growing, given the traumatic disturbance at this point.

An example of yet another rust on a Bramble leaf. The underside shows the infection spreading to the outer edge of the leaf.

   

 

A few Raspberry canes were showing leaves, today. Not many, though.
