Bishop Brennan blesses new classroom in Scoil Mhuire. Feb.8th

We had a great celebration in Scoil Mhuire on Friday when Bishop Brennan opened and blessed the new classroom in Scoil Mhuire. He was welcomed to the school by Ms.Rossiter, Fr.Kenny and by Orlaith Whelan(6th class). After a lovely performance of 'Song of Joy' he spoke to us about what a great place of learning our school is. He then opened and blessed the new room. Afterwards he planted a birch tree behind the new room which will remind us of this milestone in our school life.
