On Tuesday the 16th of May 2006, Kilkenny NS was presented
with the Green Schools Flag by An Taisce at a ceremony in Dublin.
The Green Schools Flag is the National Award for schools which are
successful in the development of good habits in the management of Litter
and Waste
Three students, James, Stephen and Orlaith travelled to Dublin with
Mrs. Boyle to represent the school.
