What is First Aid?
First Aid is the initial help given to a person who is injured in an accident or as a result of a sudden illness.
This help is continued until Medical Aid arrives or the person recovers
Knowledge of Basic First Aid can Save a Life
Anyone can give Basic First Aid, with a little training you will learn the what to do and
more important what NOT to do.
