Live Tracking

Live Tracking is the ability to locate a vehicle in real time using the GPS(Global positioning system). At the touch of a button fleet operators can have an instant snapshot of where their vehicles are. Vehicle location is seen on detailed street level digital maps contained in the VMI software.

Live tracking allows fleet operators to accurately predict vehicle arrival times, to establish who is nearest to a particular customer without having to phone all drivers, thus increasing efficiency and also reducing communication costs.

If a vehicle is stolen, live tracking will ensure that the vehicles location can be discovered quickly . Likewise if a vehicle breaks down, help can be directed quickly and accurately to the vehicles location.
