In the cost of your trip is coach hire for a tour of Pompeii and another to cover Barcelona. I see from the Internet theses excursions organised on the ship are approx.€60 per person. However, with our own hired coaches it works out a lot cheaper and allows us to include the excursions in the the price you pay. This will not mean that should you wish not to go on excursions you get it any cheaper. The cost is for a coach hire irespective of numbers on the coach.

I am attaching the plan of your deck and include the list of our members on the deck with you and each cabin number I have obtained from the ship. There is normally a €40 charge for pre-booking cabins. However, in our case I have been able to get our cabin numbers without charge. The allocation of the cabins has been done in such a way as to keep where possible all groups together. It was not possible to get all cabins on the same deck but it was possible to keep our groups together on the 3 top decks available to our group. There is a slight price difference on the decks and cabins prices. Each of our group has a cabin number and price beside their names if you look at the cabin allocations see;- your cabin and prices:-

Another plus is a waiter service dinner with the Captain and his Officers on our second night at sea. This will be a private function for our group and included in the price you have paid. It is intended that it will be uniform with black bow tie. Non-members of our association may wear suit with bow tie and our ladies will wear cocktail dress. It is simply a dressy-up on our cruise, which seems the thing to do on one night at sea. I would point out that any member of our group is free to wear whatever they feel more comfortable in. The above attire is a suggestion.....See:- our Menu

Our flight from Dublin is is by "First Choice" at 0610hrs in the morning so those who are travelling from Cork and Waterford and some in Dublin can avail of a group rate I have obtained from the Clarion Airport Hotel €99 per room.

Please let me know if you would like travel Insurance, and/or hotel room on the night before we depart for Palma. There is a free coach to take you to the departure terminal 2 minutes from the hotel. You need to be at the Airport at least 2 hours before departure. Each person travelling can take up to 20kg weight in Luggage. The name on your flight ticket must be as on your passport. If the name is Mary Anne Jones then either Mary Jones or Anne Jones is OK. If wrong it could cost €90 to change the name on the ticket. As we travel as a group it would be handy if our members wore Naval Association attire when travelling for easy identification. However, that is a matter of choice.
