Football training on Saturday mornings with Mr. Michael Mc Tighe. We are great footballers. Last year we won the Schools League. We hope to do the same this year. Table tennis Table tennis is a popular sport in our school. We have a primary school club. It is held twice a week in the school hall. Monday 7.00pm Third and Fourth Class 8.00pm Fifth and Sixth Class Every month there are different supervisors. Members of the club should be very grateful to them, as without their help there would be no table tennis. We have six tables, five are Dunlop and one is a Ketler. At school we play games including Round the Table, Rally and Matches mostly on a Friday when the tables are down all day. On Friday Mr. Conlon, our teacher, takes us for a training session. We held some competitions this year and the winner got a packet of three star balls. At the end of the year there is going to be a good competition and the winner's name goes on the perpetual trophy.
