County Heritage Plan
In July 2003 the Heritage Group made their submission to the first Roscommon
Heritage Plan, which is a five-year strategic plan intended to promote
increased appreciation of the natural, built and cultural heritage of the
County.
The draft plan was launched by the Heritage Officer on
19th November 2003 and will be finalised by the end of the year. The
draft plan can be accessed here
Roscommon Town Heritage Trail
Members of the group are currently working on a heritage trail for Roscommon
town. Details coming soon.
