St. Mochtas links with Blades

Following recent success in the FAI Cup and the start of our new clubhouse, St. Mochtas has more good news for the people of Dublin 15.St Mochtas is proud to announce their new partnership with Sheffield United F.C. and the start of their coaching academy under P. Reed, Keith Blackwell and Tommy Browne.

A spokesman for the Blades said:" Sheffield United are proud to forge these links with St. Mochtas. As a club we are looking forward to our coaching staff visiting this club and St. Mochtas coaches coming to Sheffield to see how our centre of excellence is run".There will also be an opportunity for the better St. Mochtas players to go to Sheffield United and follow in the footsteps of Colin Cryan, John Hayden, Richie Lopes, Mervyn Travers and local boy Tom Browne, all Irish lads who are making good progress in their careers at Bramall Lane.

St. Mochtas are installing 24ft x 2ft signs around the perimeter of their main football pitch at Porterstown Road. This pitch is in view of the Connolly/Maynooth train line.These will be first class signs and we can print any trade name or logo you require.
