Parent Teacher Meetings

The Parent/ Teacher meetings were very well attended. Thanks to the many  parents who attended the meetings for their support and goodwill. We are very grateful to the Parents’ Association for providing refreshments and to Mr. Mc Kernan for providing security on both evenings.

Parking at the school gates

The Garda has expressed its concern at the level of illegal parking which is occurring at both entrances to the schools and at the driveways of houses in the general vicinity. The question of a one-way system on Chapel Lane is being explored actively at present. Parents will be contacted when there is further information on this matter.  For safety reasons, parents driving their cars into the schools continues to be prohibited.

There was a tremendous response from all members of our school community to the collection for Bóthar. The amount collected was €1,430.
