This is arguably the best team to have represented St. Colmcille's B.N.S. The team, captained by Keith Ward, won the Fingal League by beating St. John Paul NS 4-3 in a tremendous final. They maintained a 100% record in the league. They played Drimnagh Castle CBS in the Primary Schools’ Cup Final on Thursday, 19 June 2003. The game was played in blusterly conditions. St. Colmcille's took a first half lead thanks to a goal from Cillian Timmins. Drimnagh Castle fought back in the second half and scored an equaliser which brought the game into extra time. The Castle team took the lead in the second period of extra time. Final Score: Drimnagh Castle 2: St. Colmcille's B.N.S. 1 Well done on the achievements of the season.
